Kodeit is an independent studio run by Kartik, who scopes, designs and builds every project himself. There is no sales layer and no handoff: the person on your first call is the person writing your code.

The studio builds three kinds of things. Fast websites on Astro and Next.js. Web platforms and MVPs, including BigBangIndex, an AI tool directory Kodeit designed, built and still runs. And AI systems and automations: n8n workflows, retrieval-based assistants, and private language models that keep data on infrastructure the client controls.

A lot of that work is operational rather than flashy: an automated review-management pipeline for a hotel group, lead-routing workflows, reporting that used to be built by hand every week. The goal is always the same. Take a job people do repeatedly and make it run on its own, reliably, with a human alerted when something needs judgement.

Projects are fixed-scope and fixed-price, and clients own everything that gets built.
